Our love story began in college when a mutual friend (shoutout to Cameron) introduced us. We quickly became friends, and Cameron even more quickly let me know that Will had a crush on me. After months of friendship, I was visiting some friends during a beautiful summer night in Charleston. Will and I saw our first shooting star together, and, in that moment, knew that we had a special connection.

Our love story wasn’t just evident to us either. Many of our friends saw the sparks flying before we did, so they were as excited as we were when we finally started dating later that summer (at his family reunion of all things).

Over the past 7 years, we’ve been inseparable. From navigating the highs and lows of academia including studying abroad and grad school, weathering the challenges of COVID, and adopting our sweet Sullivan, our bond has only grown stronger. We are now, and always have been, best friends!

As we prepare to say "I do," we can't help but reflect on the journey that brought us here. It's been filled with countless memories, but the one thing that remains constant is our love for each other.
